The Need
Children with severe physical disabilities are too often left crawling or lying down for extended periods because appropriate wheelchairs and mobility equipment simply aren't available where they live.
Our Response
We acquire and send wheelchairs and supportive mobility equipment — including specialized pediatric equipment for children who need head, neck or trunk support — to children and vulnerable individuals who otherwise have little access to it. This is the seed of our One Million Wheelchair Vision: mobilizing manufacturing relationships, medical partnerships, transportation and philanthropic support to deliver one million appropriate mobility solutions worldwide.
